2. User Responsibilities
When utilizing our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and any specific concerns.
- Remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before handing it over for service. Meridian Wash is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside vehicles.
- Inform our staff of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle prior to service commencement.
- Adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff, especially in automated wash bays.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices for services are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon for membership plans or corporate accounts. Meridian Wash reserves the right to modify service prices at any time without prior notice. Membership plans are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be provided upon enrollment.
4. Damage and Liability
While we take utmost care with every vehicle, Meridian Wash is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage to your vehicle not disclosed prior to service.
- Damage caused by loose or faulty vehicle parts (e.g., spoilers, mirrors, antennas, custom accessories) that are not securely affixed or are not designed to withstand washing procedures.
- Damage to aftermarket modifications or accessories not explicitly approved for our services.
- In rare cases of damage directly attributable to our negligence, Meridian Wash's liability will be limited to the cost of repair for the damaged component, not exceeding the fair market value of the vehicle or the cost of the service provided. All claims must be reported to Meridian Wash staff immediately upon discovery and before leaving our premises.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide to Meridian Wash, such as contact details or vehicle information, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Amendments to Terms
Meridian Wash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our online platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
